Flex Options

The Department of Labor, Women's Bureau, is sponsoring the Flex Options in the Workplace Program through out the United States. HR Systems has been contracted to assist businesses in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri implement this program with businesses at no cost. HR Systems has been working with companies in all four states to educate employers how to create flex schedules, part time jobs, job sharing and many others.
